NEVER get a call back after finally getting someone on the phone. Besides the main receptionist who answers and directs phone calls, the service is the WORST. They always say they’ll call back but NOPE.
Cassie Agan is our agent and always goes above and beyond for us. We u fortunately have had a couple homeowners claims due to some inclement weather and she assisted us every step of the way to ensure our claim was processed in a timely and efficient manner.
