The NAIC key-facts report prints Kentucky insurer counts for calendar year 2024. A domestic insurer, a licensed foreign insurer, a captive, a premium total, a producer, an agency, and an adjuster are different records. This page does not add them together and does not rank insurers.

Provider-level complaint rows and outcomes were NOT_ACQUIRED. A complaint total is not an enforcement finding. Department employment is staff, not a producer or agency license count.
Licensee rosters and market conduct
Producer, agency, adjuster, and surplus-lines rosters were NOT_ACQUIRED. Missing rosters are not zero. The licensee search separates business entities and individuals and is search-only. Market-conduct examination reports for the last ten years are behind a search. Reports from examinations of domestic insurers are not public under KRS 304.2-270.
